This session is designed as an open and conversational Q&A for motion designers, extending the ideas introduced in Reframe and shifting the focus toward the current state of the industry.

Rather than a structured talk or a practical workshop, the session is shaped by questions and dialogue with the audience. Starting from the idea that a broader “reframe” is already happening within the field, we will explore how this shift is manifesting in real terms: which tools are becoming relevant, how the role of the motion designer is evolving, and where new demand is emerging.

The conversation will also address more practical aspects of the profession today, including new channels for self-promotion, how visibility and positioning are changing, and what the current reference market looks like for independent and studio-based motion designers.

The format is intentionally open, allowing space to follow the most relevant topics that emerge in the room, with Emanuele Colombo guiding the discussion through questions, observations, and shared industry perspectives.
