Dalton Maag

Dalton Maag was founded in 1991, and designs high quality fonts and logos for its clients. With bases in London and Brazil, the company now employs 45 people from 25 countries, (speaking 14 languages) and handles a wide variety of projects with a range of budgets and timescales. With clients based and operating both locally and internationally, a speciality of Dalton Maag is an expertise in non-Latin scripts, including Devanagari, Arabic and Cyrillic.


Riccardo De Franceschi

Riccardo De Franceschi, born 1985, is a Milanese typeface designer based in London. His love for lettershapes brought him to England, where he studied at the Department of Typography at the University of Reading. He has been making typefaces for design studio Dalton Maag since 2012, where he has led custom projects for global brands such as Lush and Nokia. Most recently, he has been appointed Creative Director. He has a special interest for vernacular lettering and display typefaces used in printed ephemera and the public space.
