Fabrica

Fabrica is a research center for modern communication. Founded in 1994 by a vision of Luciano Benetton and Oliviero Toscani, it is based in Treviso, in a magical architectural space restored and expanded by the Japanese architect Tadao Ando.
Of Renaissance inspiration and with an approach based on learning by doing, Fabrica welcomes curious, restless, ambitious, generous and free-minded talents who experience contemporary communication through constant contamination between different disciplines, such as photography, video, graphics, design, writing, music and digital.
Fabrica also organizes a continuous cycle of workshops, conferences and experiences where the world of art, culture and research come together to develop new ideas. Architects, musicians, art historians, designers, artists, interaction designers, art directors and world-renowned sociologists collaborate with Fabrica.

Fabrica has created COLORS magazine which will be showcased at Graphic Days Torino, from the first issue of 1991 to the recent relaunch as an experimental profile on Instagram, @colorsmagazine.
