Lip Comarella was born in the heart of the Alps, in the far north of Italy. He is a self taught interdisciplinary fine artist and animation art director in the entertainment industry.
In his work he focuses on the human condition, emotional storytelling, internet culture and the principles of simple and clear communication. Over the last several years his projects have won awards such as the Annie Award, multiple Apple Design Awards and Cannes Gold Lions.
He is currently based in Los Angeles, California
