Within the exhibition Eyes On Finland, a special selection presents some of the most intriguing and inspiring examples of Finnish editorial design. Through books, fanzines, catalogues and independent publications, the exhibition visually narrates the ideas, reflections and characters shaping contemporary editorial design in Finland. Each publication embodies a diverse range of creative approaches—from boldness to delicacy, to playfulness —reflecting the vibrant and multifaceted spirit of Finnish design culture.
The exhibited works offer a unique insight into how Finnish designers interpret editorial practice as a space for exploration and experimentation, generating narratives that move fluidly between the intimate and the provocative, the poetic and the ironic, the rigorous and the whimsical.
This exhibition has been co-curated in collaboration with visual designer Lorenzo “SerraGlia” Servi, whose expertise has helped shape the collection, bringing together editorial projects that speak powerfully and eloquently to the dynamic identity of contemporary Finnish graphic design.
