Eyes on Finalnd

For the new edition, Eyes On focuses on Finland. Developed with the support of the Embassy of Finland, the exhibition brings together some of the most influential designers and leading institutions of the Finnish design scene.

The exhibition showcases prestigious international events, including the Mikkeli Illustration Triennial, which explores contemporary trends in illustration, and the Lahti International Poster Triennial, one of the most significant events in graphic design and poster art. Also featured is Grafia—the leading Finnish network for visual design and communication—presenting a selection of award-winning works from Vuoden Huiput (Best of Finnish Advertising and Design) and the Rudolf Koivu Award, dedicated to children’s illustration.

The exhibition also offers a selection of original posters of the PILOT group (Kari Piippo, Pekka Loiri, Tapani Aartomaa) from the personal archive of Gianfranco Torri, a researcher and academic living between Turin and Milan.

IT’S OK!

Within the Eyes On Finland exhibition, a space comes to life dedicated to the visual universe of artist and designer Lucas Zanotto: a world of colorful and diverse forms that break apart and reassemble, merging and intertwining, finding identity through transformation and mutual contact. The exhibition IT’S OK! features a selection of works from Everything Will Be OK, a project originally presented in 2023 at Nokes Gallery in Taipei.

I Thought It Was Love, But It Was Just a Barbecue

On display is visual designer SerraGlia’s ironic response to the theme love, now!, exploring the elusive connection between perception and emotion: how much of what we “see” is shaped by our experiences, our imagination, and the stories we tell ourselves?  Graphic Days® presents a selection of photographs from the acclaimed series Wrapped Wonders by the visual designer, a playful and enigmatic carousel inviting reflection on life, perception, and everything in between. Through SerraGlia’s unpredictable design approach, the exhibition I Thought It Was Love, But It Was a Barbecue celebrates the mystery of the unknown and the beauty of ambiguity.
