Posters Out of Place
Posters Out of Place is a workshop in which children will be invited to imagine what they would like to see in their neighborhood and to transform that idea into a poster. The process will begin with screen-printing a base, which will then be completed through a collage of letters, shapes, textures, and different materials, allowing each child to express and represent their own response in a personal way. Each poster will thus become a small statement about the neighborhood they’d like to live in, made up of words, images, and symbols. At the end of the day, all the posters will become part of a large collective parade, transforming from individual creations into a shared message in public space.
Recommended age: 5 – 10 years
