During the third edition of Countless Cities – Biennial of the Cities of the world at the Farm Cultural Park of Favara, in Sicily, we were invited to represent the Turin Pavilion.
City Playground is the title of our project: an exhibition, but also a game to think about the role of public space. Six questions to reflect on what makes us feel good in an urban context and to imagine an ideal and future city, from June 24 2023 to January 28 2024.
The contents of the exhibition are also on display in Turin starting from September 15 under the arcades of Corso San Martino, as part of Spazio Portici.

How does it work?
Participants can choose a housing typology from condominium, loft, villa, mobile home, co-housing and add 8 cubes to tell which characteristics a city cannot lack for a good life. Have you ever thought about what services you would like to have near your home? What experiences do you consider essential? How important is the social and natural context?
At the end of the game, everyone will be able to take a picture of the ideal city created and send it to us to enrich the research and to share it on our IG profile.
